About Us

The Center for Intelligent Systems Applications Research (CISAR) contributes to the research and development (R&D) of intelligent systems in various thematic Research Areas. CISAR is located in Eskisehir Osmangazi University (ESOGU) which offers education and training more than 30.000 students, with its 1600 academic and 1400 administrative staff in 81 undergraduate and associate degree programs, and 53 postgraduate programs.

CISAR has also good cooperation with Large Industries, SMEs and Research Institutions in Turkey. It provides practical solutions to real world problems and develop commercial-ready products cooperation with industry. As a result, CISAR has been successful in the realization of numerous industry-based research projects with major national and international organizations.
